Radio broadcast, we have a code 2 at 4020 Brooklyn Avenue, 4020 Brooklyn. A neighbor was involved in a dispute with another neighbor, and the neighbor's dog got out and attacked the caller. The other neighbor pushed him and threw his phone. EMS was refused. Caller is okay, but the dog is injured. No weapons. Caller is injured.
