Suspect male, light in, bald, tattoos on head, black sweatshirt, on a e-bike. Suspect took PR's phone. PR admonished, refused to stop following. Code 3, incident 379, 389, 89. Van Nuys units, identify. 41, it is probably related to my current call. We are code 6 on it.
