Fled eastbound on the 900 block of Locust. 14, flash on a sound and strong-armed robbery, 5615 Boyer. 13 to 14-year-old black male, leaky-complected, heavy set, wearing all-black clothing. I think it was a black wallet. 150 to 200 dollars. Fled eastbound on the 900 block of Locust, about 20 minutes ago.
