417, go ahead. Thank you. This is going to be at 4339 East 143rd Street. This is a vacant lot, vacant home. Caller states that people broke into the vacant home and is now living at the location. States there is 4 to 5 people living at the location with two dogs. Suspect is going to be a white female with brown hair and a black male with dreads. States that they are constantly fighting and letting their dogs run loose. CAD's going to be 3184, it's a code 2. Charlie.
