I am aware that fireworks can sometimes be mistaken for gunshots, but there's no need to be alarmed. What I heard was definitely just fireworks. I heard them about 3 to 4 times, so it was quite distinct. With July just around the corner, we can expect to hear a lot more of them in the coming weeks.
