wearing all black with ski masks, were under a vehicle stealing the catalytic converter. When confronted, they entered a newer black BMW with four doors, has ridges along the front end of the vehicle and paper plates. They were last seen driving southbound on Posada Drive, out of view.Item's going with catalytic converter.

Palacete Drive, cross of Las Manzanitas Drive, unit 3 or less. Unit in 5 or less. And 6, respond code 362, Adam. Informant stated that he saw three male adults stealing catalytic converters from house at the corner of Palacete and Las Manzanitas. DP's fled in a black BMW sedan.
