There were a bunch of kids waiting on Foster for the 92, they looked like they had been at the beach and were headed back to the red line. They did spill over onto Foster and some migrated into the McDonald's parking lot. Saw at least 3 squad cars with lights on but they didn't stop where the group was. I couldn't get anything worth seeing on my phone so I didn't go live, but we were watching the excitement. Just seemed like a lot kids or teens who were wrapping up the day, nothing alarming about it... Can't have been fun trying to get through on Foster then though. 馃槈
