I don't recognize that woman. But that man wandering around on the sidewalk on the other side of the parking lot has been at the store permanently for about a week now. He's either sitting to the right or the left with a few things on the ground begging for money. After a few days of it he ended up kind of delirious and he seems to be talking to himself or other people that aren't there or laughing. The first few days he seemed quiet and normal. He's new to the neighborhood but he's been there permanently for a week now.

Yeah, I live up the street and there’s the usual homeless folks around but the woman isn’t from here and she’s new. The guy you’re talking about doesn’t look familiar to me. There used to be a guy who say excuse me sir/ma’am or pardon me sir/ma’am and he’d ask for a big gulp or something. I’d always try to help him whenever I see him but I haven’t seen him in a while. But yeah, seems like the weed store and the security that is tied to it
