Bravo 51 and Bravo 59 for a 921 in progress. It'll be 2931 North Meadows Place. Our caller's in apartment B, as in David. Units were out this morning for a 921 that occurred to the caller's vehicle. They removed her catalytic converter. Suspects are back on scene currently, messing with two vehicles parked next to each other. A blue Honda Accord and a red vehicle is parked next to it. Male, Asian, 38 to 39, 5'6", thin-build with a ponytail and a black shirt. Black.
