The trailer was swerving, cutting in front of cars and driving inside of the bike lane. There was a red GMC Sierra pulling the trailer, 72239 King 4. Driver's a male Hispanic, 30s to 40s. There's a passenger, male Hispanic, 30s to 40s. They were going eastbound Meadowview from Coral Gables. TAC to be clear, 1924.
