824 Frank, I copy for the 647, 4530 West McDowell Road. It's the west side of the apartment complex near Little Caesars. There's two males in a one-on-one wearing light-colored clothing, no known weapons in the dumpster area. Says they're cooking something, unknown if it's 237 David or food. There's no one for contact, 1833 hours. Is there a unit to follow? 1840 hours.
