North BART, William 12, William 13, 1065, signal 38. 312, go ahead. William 13. 851 to 13280 Tamiami Trail, should be the Circle K, area west of Cross of Hoffman and Grove. Caller advises that a white male, gray shirt, wearing pants with a baseball hat turned around backwards, and a yellow and red backpack, stole a bag of chips. He wants on signal 38. Subject should be standing on the left side of the building, talking to a group of people.
