17 X 91, additional, your arson suspect just left, 17045 Roscoe. The suspect was seen walking westbound on the tracks between Roscoe and, correction, between Balboa and Louise. FD's on scene. It's additional on 5th, 4384. 17 X 91, 17 X 91, I have an additional PR who saw the suspect start the fire, advised that they're possibly at the apartment complex going towards Louise. Roger.
