Any Southwest unit, battery suspect just left the ground, 28th Street at the Goodwill. See the PR, female, Hispanic, wearing a blue shirt, black pants. Suspect was last seen westbound on 28th in a white sedan with red tape on door handles. Female, Black with bun and a hair, olive shirt and olive leggings. Code 2 incident 3855, RD 328.
