73 west of Main. I need Broadway Main, 73 to 74, set up containment. 13 Boy 53, be advised, the suspect has a long ponytail, wearing shades, and black tank top. Male, Hispanic, dark complexion. And primary ID, that stolen vehicle, older model red with oxidized paint on the top. 13 Boy 53, roger. It's a red Honda Civic, 1999 with kind of faded in red or maroon. Okay, roger, thank you.
