2 Charles 55 and Charles 59, starting on proximity for a 927 weapons, 7238 Franklin Boulevard in 5B. Complainant said there's a Nissan Altima 9 Edward Paul Paul 402 with people with guns in it. Tells there's a 415 going on. Complainant's not coming to align. Just said there were people out with guns.
