Sorry guys my phone died so I had to cut the video. UPDATE: the cops did place him in handcuffs. I gave my information. He was very belligerent. He stated that he had a prior DUI This will possibly be another one. He flew past me going at least 80 miles per hour in a 35 and then hit a turn and slammed into this guy's poor wall. The driver was cussing out the firefighters and everything. This area is a high jogging area... thank god he didn't kill anyone 🙏

The poor cop! He’s like “WHERE IS THE DAM WRECKER?? I have to stand here and talk to this punk in his jammies and I’m out of idol chit chat! It’s getting awkward and I’m sweating just standing here!”
Yes he was a police officer from a nearby school. He wasn't even the responding officer. At least 6 squad cars pulled up after my damn phone died 😔 😪
