For anyone in the area of 2245 East St. Catharine, we've got a 647 Victor broadcast for a Chevy truck. It's black in color, occupied by two Hispanic male teenagers doing donuts in front of a 20. Complainant was just driving by. Unsure if the vehicle is still there. So, it's information at 1840.
