To be totally honest and not insensitive, I don’t think that the driver even knew that he struck someone, I worked in construction for many years and the large semi’s do kit even feel when the strike something. I’m praying for the family of this person. 🙏🏻
Sad but not surprised. They panhandle and walk in between cars in that area.
