DP transient male, Black adult, wearing gray sweater, black pants, white shoes, unknown weapons. Inside location, bothering customers, threatening to break tables, refusing to leave. Related to TAC 46 and 70, tac is 84.

We've got a one-story strip mall, one occupancy, liquor store, well involved. There was smoke and fire from the south side. We're going to be there in a minute.
