Apparently the shooter was a guy who always give the security guard problems and wants to come in to the building. So it wasn’t random. Saw the guy who was shot on the stretcher. They cut his clothes so he was basically naked and had gauze over his stomach/lower pelvis but I didnt see any blood and there is no blood on the sidewalk which is strange
