I was in the building and got out before it spread to the 1st and second floor. The problems is that they keep the building fully locked and make you enter from the adjacent building on the weekend because they donโ€™t want to pay for security in both buildings. The fire exit signs are all steering you toward the locked door. I arrived right when the firefighters were knocking down the door. The fire department should heavily fine this building for not being up to fire safety code and nearly killing tons of people.
