I just passed by, it is not actually on the freeway, it’s off exit on Atlantic
710 & Rain are never a good idea
Incompetent commercial drivers is really the issue.... I'm sure it/him/her/she/he was speeding..... I've been hit on that freeway in a "construction zone" on the freeway....
Today's a holiday so stay home avoid traffic accidents and floods.
