From what I understand and heard on the news a man said he was a plumber and was using a blow torch to melt frozen pipes. And he couldn't understand the responders because he couldn't speak English he wouldn't put the blow torch out. That why you all need to speak English no one can help you if you can't understand what being said to help you Gs

From what I understand and heard on the news a man said he was a plumber and was using a blow torch to melt frozen pipes. And he couldn't understand the responders because he couldn't speak English he wouldn't put the blow torch out.
