NYC traffic is chaos since all the 2 wheel modes of transportation have multiplied. No one follows rules, speeding through the streets, traveling on the sidewalks, going in any direction they feel like. My bus stop has a pedestrian walkway, forcing us to move through 1 lane to get on the bus. Literally everyone traveling in that lane except cars. Someone is going to really get hurt just to get on a bus. Lawless city...
Bleeding from the ear is classic sign of serious head injury. Let me guess - the cyclist ran away
They're supposed to follow rules of the road just like cars. BUT most have never driven & they don't know the rules. People don't look for bikes traveling the wrong way down a street they look in the direction traffic is flowing. I swear there are more cyclists getting killed than are reported because they always go through red lights & cars don't look for them or see them, just like a motorcycle. Also seeing more & more motorized bikes on the sidewalk. It's so dangerous for us just using the sidewalks.
They should be locked up
