Suspects Fled After Shots Fired Near Apple Store

E 58th St & 5th Ave, Midtown, Manhattan

An NYPD official confirmed that no one was struck in the early morning shooting. Police are seeking four possible male suspects. Two of the suspects are believed to have fled in a black vehicle heading southbound on 5th Avenue, while the other two fled eastbound on foot.

Police are releasing the additional units aiding in the investigation back to their regular duty.

Police update the description of the suspect vehicle to a black convertible Mustang that fled southbound on 5th Avenue.

Police are canvassing citywide hospitals for any possible walk-in gunshot victims.

Police advise that the suspects in the Mercedes were last seen going down on 5th Ave.

Police added that there were two other suspects in a black Mercedes.
