A 34-year-old man, a 22-year-old man, and a 27-year-old woman were pronounced deceased in the hospital.
Police said two of the deceased were innocent bystanders, as were most of the people injured in the shooting.
In addition to the three fatal victims and the suspect who fled after being shot by police, police said 11 victims were struck.
They range in age from 17 to 69 years old. Their conditions range from stable to critical.
