We were blocking traffic was the excuse, and it's been explained that they block traffic, they're getting locked up. Oh, in the unit block of South number 3, there's two individuals, white males, black t-shirts, one's got green pants on, the other's got blue shorts on. Motorist stopped me and said that they were yelling and screaming at them. They look like they're waiting for the protest to come by. Holly 100. 100, okay, thank you for the info. Allegedly, this group is going to step off at any moment. I've been thinking that for an hour. We'll address that as we're going by.

That's Sam 703. Sam 703, Barney. I just encountered two protesters blocking westbound traffic on Walnut at 4. I had them move, but they told me that the plan now is for the march to come the wrong way on Walnut Street. Charlie 100, they are, in fact, correct. They shouldn't be doing that, but I'm not going to make a big deal of it because we're allowing that, and we could actually put our closures into effect at any minute.
