There’s large amount of glass and debris littering the street, apparently coming from a nearby building. Most likely (unconfirmed) Steinway building that was previously having issues with the crane and construction 2 weeks ago. Police are barricading the area off to traffic and pedestrians.
Geez, is it that building again? I'm hearing fire trucks coming non-stop and a barricade being set up.
A small construction company would lose their licenses. This one will get a slap on the wrist.
They should really do something about that stupid building. Heard the debris fall from apartment and knew what was up already.
