Police have received a report of a black and orange bike that was damaged and locked to an object. The bike was reportedly tampered with by a group of eighth graders, who also took a helmet from the area.

Caller said that about an hour ago, there were some 8th graders that were messing with it and appeared to have taken a helmet that was by it. Caller had video of that interaction. Said that it's near a drainage ditch, near 14th and Harrison, 1505 Lakeshore.
