Black male with a green cap with a ball on it, gray hoodie, blue jeans, took merchandise and left on a bike, last seen down Oak. Towards Belmar, was carrying a Camel book bag, merchandise thrown in. The other one is a disabled. Stepped the bus at Oak and Chester Pike.
