10, we have a check on the welfare in the area of 163 Madison. We got an initial call, female on the line, stating a male by the name of Stanley was chasing her by the Burger King and Kelly Square. She wasn't answering any questions. Then we got another call by a passerby stating a white female, heavier set, white with black pants, and Hispanic male, bald, gray shirt and black pants. We're arguing in the middle of the street. No weapons seen.
