It's a Black male, 30s to 40s, 5'8", 130, long black braids with a blue jacket with 76 in the back and brown pants. He is assumed to possibly hide. There's an unrelated nearby hazard for unit 8 Henry and I for Brandy Richardson who made several comments about firearm at the police and by cop.
