Police have received a report of a man experiencing a medical emergency.

423 East Main Street. Responding for an approximate 50, 50-year-old male, conscious and breathing. RP advised they drove by, looked like the male was having a medical emergency, possibly a stroke for the RP. They're going to be wearing a tan coat and tan pants, and they were walking on the side of the street by the railing guard. We do have a PD unit en route as well. Time now is 1780.
