He's a white male in his 40s, wearing an orange shirt that's on his shoulders and a dirty khaki jacket. He's wearing a beanie, and they did advise he smelled like cigarettes. He was asked to leave when spitting in the water pitcher and then continued to walk around the area. Last seen about 15 to 20 minutes ago, going towards UVA hospital.
