Oh man I run on that sidewalk couple times a week.. so close to the school.
I'm guessing it was a homeless person. There are more and more in Diamond Bar who obviously have mental health issues (openly talking to themselves out loud at 7-11 and Walmart
such a shame 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
The flock cameras already got turned off. They aren’t gonna catch the dude he prob back in Pomona already living his best life
