Adam 20, you can disregard. It's 1900 South Cedar. The caller's been outside, but they live over at apartment 210. Advised that their neighbor, who lives at apartment 209, a Black male, last seen wearing a black t-shirt, gray pants, went outside and damaged her car and went back into his apartment. The caller will weigh you guys down. Just be advised, he didn't have a screwdriver in his hand prior. He wasn't threatening anyone, though.
