Police received a 911 report of four kids on bicycles who broke into a business through the door.

163 Madison Street. Originally came in as a 911 hangup. We did get one of the employees on the phone. Said four kids on bicycles broke the door to the business. They were still inside at the time. Then we did have one of the mothers of the children calling in. She's at 45 Harlem Street and wants her son held responsible and will pay for the damages.
