And there are going to be a few fairly sized big pieces of concrete in the number 2 lane. Not sure if you notify Union City or Hayward. Copy. Just drove by it. It's eastbound Whipple, approximately 10 feet east of 880 in the number 2 lane. Chunks of concrete.
