Rescue was refused. White hair, dark tan, has a black shirt, green khaki pants. His rear end is exposed. Area is not, says no. He's in his 60s. He also has a beard. Caller was not cooperative. He didn't want to answer any further questions. Said somebody was possibly chewing or possibly eating.
