I have a video alarm at Goodwill, 17 Maka'ala Street, saying there's a male walking on the premise with something tied to him, dragging behind him. Shirtless male, tan complexion, dark balding hair, dark pants, something on him that is red. They cannot, cannot look out what else is on.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 17 Makaala St.
