Milburn PD is asking if you guys can drive by and see if the vehicle bearing New Jersey Reg Uniform 77, Uniform Julia Echo is there at the 2016 Route 4, and is said to have heavy driver's side damage. Again, that's 20 Lincoln Ave West.
