I got a check person near the area of Monroe Street and Regent Street. Caller advising that about an hour ago she came home and their brothers were fighting. Looks like one of them seemed like he was on drugs or some other substance. He was taken to a bus and got off the bus at this location. Going to be looking for a male, Black, 25-years-old named Jeremiah Douglas. He was last seen wearing a bright orange jacket, black pants, had a red bag with him.
