I have a suspicious character call, 9211 East Harry Street, apartment 803. Calling party has called back previously, or called previously and is saying the same thing again, that somebody standing outside of her apartment is smoking something unknown what they're smoking now. Now they're walking westbound in the parking lot. There was no contact made, and calling party doesn't want contact. Do you want me to send someone out or Nora want it?
