Timeline

Police have received a report of a woman who was punched in the nose by a person in the elevator.

Tacoma Police Dispatch - North · 0:25
1252 and 469 for an assault that just occurred. 1252. 469. The Winthrop apartment, 776 Commerce Street, associated with 1306. This occurred in the elevator. I'm not sure the validity. It's Brandi Hale calling in saying she was punched in the nose by a neighbor that was on the first floor, and now she's screaming hysterically on the phone, saying she wants to kill herself and tell her ex-husband.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at 776 Commerce St.
