Police are responding to a report of four men armed with knives breaking windows and attempting to lure a man outside.

Belive is stating that four male Hispanic gang members last seen wearing black hoodies is breaking out his windows and trying to get him to come outside. They all had knives. He was forced to leave the house. He will flag down CPD when he sees them because he's afraid to return to the home without CPD. Nothing further.
