I'm not sure if it's going to be county, state, or the town of Clay, DPW, but there's a steel plate at the intersection of Morgan Road and Wetzel Road. It appears to have become loose from however they had it fastened, and they might need somebody to come out and take a look at it before it gets to be a real hazard.

A 911 caller has reported an unconfirmed incident at Morgan Rd & Wetzel Rd.
