Sir, if you can check on the area of Converse Street and Longmeadow Street, it's on the eastern side of Route 5, when crossing Converse, the RP states that the new walk sign is not working and lighting up. It's a hazard to those who are trick-or-treating. Came in the intersection now, and that area is under construction, and the lights are functioning properly. Just pay attention to the walk signals, the other ones aren't functioning.
