1327 and 1319, it looks like they originally stated that the male said he had a gun and then heard somebody saying something about having a strap. They continued to argue, and then the male showed them a gun by pulling it out of his pants, not pointing it. Suspect went back in the apartment, directly below E. It was a light-skinned male wearing a light-colored shirt and PJ pants.

Then it was upgraded to an armed person. Advised the neighbor's a light-skinned black male. He had a handgun in his hand and showed it to them.
