Suspect is a male, approximately 47 to 50s, wearing a white shirt, black jacket, gray pants, white shoes. Assaulted the PR, also 390. Says the vehicle is a black Cadillac, license 28715 Frank 4. Code 2, incident 4546, RD 636.
